Main Features

Power system

SC8D turbocharging diesel engine jointly developed with AVL features outstanding and reliable performance and high fuel combustion efficiency. The engine is one of the engines adopted by construction machinery in China.

Vibration system 

●Shantui patented vibratory drum features sound structure and consistent performance. The high volume of lubrication oil ensures good lubrication and cooling and prolongs service life of machine.
●Vibratory pump and motor are supplied by well-known internal manufacturer to ensure reliable vibration system and compaction.

Brake system

The system is composed of independent service brake (foot brake) and parking brake (hand brake), featuring smooth, safe and reliable braking, simple structure and easy maintenance.

Cab

●Single gear-shifting lever increases operator’ efficiency and relaxes the operator; comfortable and tough imported seat that can be adjusted forward and backward; the seat is also equipped with an armrest that can be turned to right or left side and retractable safety belt;
●The cab is equipped with A/C; the rubber shock absorber isolates the operation from vibration, which relaxes the operator greatly;

Applicable scope

●Standard double amplitudes expand application scope;
●Large span between high and low exciting force enables different compaction solution to different density;
●Vibration data of the drum conforms to field condition; additional equipment expands application scope;

Service and maintenance

The engine good can be lifted to a large degree; service-free battery, real-time monitoring of pressure and temperature and reasonable layout of fuel tank and oil tank ensure good maintenance, cut short shutdown time and increase efficiency of machine.
